We’re Brian and Corrine Downey — husband and wife, dad and mama, and followers of Jesus.
Our life looks different than we once imagined. As parents and full-time caregivers to our daughter, Victory, we walk a road marked by complex medical care, hospital stays, and a deep, daily dependence on God. What we couldn’t see at the beginning, we now recognize as preparation — God shaping our hearts for faith, surrender, and trust long before we understood the journey ahead.
Victory’s story includes miracles, but it’s also a story of ordinary, faithful obedience. We’ve learned that victory isn’t the absence of hardship — it’s walking through the fire with Jesus and finding hope right in the middle of it.
That’s why we created Living With Victory — our podcast and video series sharing encouragement, biblical truth, and real-life reflections from a medical family’s heart.
This space exists to encourage caregivers, parents, and families who love Jesus but are carrying heavy things. Here, we share honest reflections, biblical truth, and reminders that God is present, faithful, and at work in every season — even the hardest ones.
