Hi Everyone! We’re Brian and Corrine, and this is our daughter, Victory. In our first podcast episode, we shared our hearts about what it truly means to live with victory. We realized that some of the lessons we learned might encourage others. These people are walking their own challenging paths. If you’re new here, you can read more about our family and the heart behind Living With Victory in our introduction post here.
Here’s what we want you to take away from that first episode:
1. Victory isn’t just a name—it’s a way of life
Living with Victory isn’t only about her medical journey. It’s about embracing life fully, physically, spiritually, and emotionally. Every small win, every moment of joy, every challenge overcome—it all counts. Living with victory means seeing God’s hand in the everyday, and letting His love guide how you respond to life’s ups and downs.
2. Real life is messy—and that’s okay
Our podcast isn’t scripted. You’ll hear mistakes, stumbles, and moments where we don’t have it all figured out. That’s on purpose. Life isn’t perfect, and neither are we. But that’s exactly where hope, faith, and growth happen—when you face challenges head-on and let God lead the way.
3. Everyone can relate
We talk a lot about life with a medically complex child, but the lessons are universal. Whether you’re a parent, single, part of a medical family, or just someone navigating life’s fires, there’s something here for you. Victory’s story is a reminder that no matter your situation, you can live with hope, courage, and faith.
4. Faith shapes every step
We share Scripture and devotionals on the podcast because God’s Word is what anchors us. In every story we tell, in every trial we face, it’s His strength that keeps us moving forward. Living with victory isn’t about avoiding hardship—it’s about walking through it with Jesus by your side.
5. Sharing your story matters
Whether it’s encouraging a friend, reaching out to someone who’s struggling, or simply letting people know they’re not alone, sharing honestly and openly can make a difference. That’s why we’re so passionate about this podcast, our YouTube channel, and this blog. Victory’s life is a testament to hope, and we want her story to inspire others.
We’d love to hear from you!
